1.1 RESPONSIBLE CONTROLLER

- Automatically collected information & Advertising: Information such as your IP address, device characteristics, and the Android Advertising ID (AAID) is collected automatically via third-party SDKs. This is required for the technical operation and to serve advertisements via Google AdMob.
- In-app purchases & payment data: The application offers premium content. All transactions are fully handled via Google Play Billing. We do not process or store any of your financial information.
- Game Statistics (Firebase): We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous, global usage statistics (e.g., how often a game mode is played). No unique user identifiers are linked to this.
- Play Games Services: We may use Google Play Games Services for achievements or cloud saving. If used, your progress is saved securely via your Google account. We have no direct access to your private Google Drive files.
We process your personal information based on the GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR): For personalized advertising via Google AdMob. You grant this consent via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) within the app.
- Contractual Necessity (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR): To facilitate in-app purchases made through Google Play.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR): To keep our Services safe, functional, and to analyze anonymous global trends.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
- Local Data: You can delete local game progress by clearing the app’s data in your Android Settings (
Settings > Apps > Who Pays > Storage > Clear Data).
- Advertising (Opt-Out): You can withdraw your consent for personalized ads within the app’s settings or by resetting your device’s Advertising ID (
Settings > Google > Ads).
- Cloud Data: To delete Play Games data, go to the Google Play Games app (
Settings > Delete Play Games account & data).

- Automatisch erfasste Informationen & Werbung: Informationen wie Ihre IP-Adresse, Geräteeigenschaften und die Android-Werbe-ID (AAID) werden automatisch über Drittanbieter-SDKs erfasst. Dies dient dem technischen Betrieb und der Ausspielung von Werbung über Google AdMob.
- In-App-Käufe: Alle Zahlungen werden vollständig über das Google Play Billing-System abgewickelt. Wir verarbeiten oder speichern keine Finanzinformationen von Ihnen.
- Spielstatistiken (Firebase): Wir nutzen Google Firebase, um vollständig anonymisierte Nutzungsstatistiken zu erfassen (z. B. wie oft ein Spielmodus gestartet wurde).
- Play-Spieldienste: Wir nutzen ggf. Google Play Games Services für Erfolge oder Cloud-Speicher. Ihr Fortschritt wird dabei über Ihr Google-Konto gesichert. Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf Ihre privaten Google-Dateien.

- Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO): Für personalisierte Werbung über Google AdMob. Die Abfrage erfolgt über das Google Consent-Fenster (UMP) in der App.
- Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO): Zur Bereitstellung von In-App-Käufen.
- Berechtigte Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO): Für App-Sicherheit und die Analyse anonymer Trends.

- Werbung (Widerruf): Ihre Einwilligung zu Werbung können Sie über das Zurücksetzen der Werbe-ID in den Geräteeinstellungen widerrufen (
Einstellungen > Google > Anzeigen).
- Cloud-Daten: Play-Spiele-Daten können in der Google Play Spiele-App gelöscht werden.
